Wiki Summarizer

Henry Lewkowicz from Context Discovery has set out to summarize the Wikipedia as mind maps. Wow!

Wikipedia Summarizer is available here: http://bit.ly/kMr0oJ. It is a web-based application that specializes in summarizing Wikipedia articles. Summarization is the process by which a piece of text, document, or article is analyzed to produce a list of keywords and significant text extracts associated with these keywords.

The image screen shot shows the partial output of “mind map” search term.

The summaries can be exported to MindManager and RTF formats. There are over 3 million pages summarized with almost 5 million keywords and 28 million of summaries.
